This foul mouthed fellow called our 800 phone line on April 2, 2004 and tried to get us to change our Company Policy for him. We only ship ground on initial credit card sales. We do not ship via Air on any initial order using a credit card. He subsequently told me to "Go F*** Yourself" when I called him to confirm this policy. And now has the temerity to say he was treated improperly. None of my employees or anyones should have to listen to your foul mouth dirtbag.
