the elementary school principal at Laurel Ledge School

Of this entire group, Gumby probably had the highest income and therefore the most resources to follow through with his actions - if his statement were factual. He masqueraded as an expert authority on our products, our quality and even our customer service. Remarkably I later discovered that we had never sold him anything, never talked with him and he did not even possess one of our paper catalogs when he was masquerading as Gumby on the Internet.

The only connection I discovered was that we were both located in Connecticut. He never even set foot in our business or even ordered ten cents worth of parts while publishing his fiction. After I attended a local Connecticut Corvette club show he picked up one of the free catalogs we distributed. Thereupon once he tried to order once with Debbie, but our repro part was sold out and no longer available.

Subsequently we identified him as Gary Gombars and discovered he was using his principal's office and the Laurel Ledge School computer during school hours to publish his false material. I called the office of the Superintendent of Schools and merely spoke with a secretary and asked her the address of the Board of Education to register a complaint - yes it was only a secretary. Until that time, he had never even spoken to me personally, until the very next morning when he called me panicky after being alerted by that secretary.

When confronted with the choices he faced, Gary Gombars folded like a house of cards. Realizing his lack any business experiece and his total lack of any receipts and what he had to forfeit - he also had the most sense and listened to his counselor's advice to cease and desist. Now he has vanished from the Internet. Some of the others have not completely vanished, but I suspect they are less endowed and bottom feeders probably take longer to learn.

A real gem. I often want to drive up to his school at 3 PM and actually meet him face to face. Although I have never met him, I later discovered that both Gary Gombars and Gary Ramadei have been a club workers parking cars at a local Corvette show. For the last 3 years I have entered some of my cars in that Corvette show and these gutless cowards have never spoken given that opportunity.
