September 23-25 2005 Corvettes in Vermont

This is one of the five Corvettes currently on display in the Precision Valley Corvette Museum. A Red/Red 1960.
I prefer 1958-1961 models with the fender cove color the same color as the body. The design became busy enough in 1958 the advent of quad head lamps, top fender chrome, eyebrows, larger bumpers and other design cues.
This White C4 is a 1988 Anniversary Callaway Twin Turbo. That's a mouthful.
It may not be apparent in this photo, but this low profile tire was deader than a door nail.
The elusive plastic fuel tank Separator. Note: the hose using the Green clamps is supposed to have ribs. I prefer plastic cars with metal parts. Plastic car parts like power window regulators, power antennas, power mirrors and these are all junk. They just have short life spans.
