1963 Sebring Race Car

Ken and Gary Nabers told me they knew this Corvette was significant because it was such an early VIN # for a 36 gallon tank, the owner must have had "pull". Note the 4 hood grills, Monza filler, rear brake scoops and "side exhaust".

  Filler up.

Looks like a stock F.I. engine compartment with Moraine PB booster and Kelsey Hayes Z-06 dual circuit master cylinder. Sweet.

Inboard head lamps are Lucas "Flame throwers".

Goodyear Blue Streaks with Kelsey Hayes 2 bar KO's sans cone and center spinner emblem.

  Rear brake duct scoops.

Early "side pipes" listened to by co-drivers Dave Johnson and Dave Morgan.

  Unique 1963 hood grills.
