We are fully computerized and track every phone order and sale. Our phone records show the origin, date, time and duration of a call. Our laser invoices show the source of every sale (800 line, non-toll free line, fax line, mail order or even a walk in sale that picks up an order). These invoices which the customer also receives, are also imprinted with the initials of the sales person for each order. I reviewed his Dr. Rebuild receipts and saw who took his order and how he placed them.

09-24-1999 Joe faxes in an order paid with Visa. He talked with no one.

01-18-2000 Joe writes on the CorvetteForum.com that he talked with "Some
arrogant J*** OFF"
01-19-2000 Joe writes " Dr Rebuild must go nuts on you with a return,

4-16-2000 Joe writes "Dr Rebuild is a arrogant S.O.B. The assh*le

Up to this date he has never
even spoken to me ever or anyone here. This mouse humper coward has actually
mailed or faxed orders only.
04-19-99 Joe called the 800 line, paid with Visa, and that order was taken by me on the phone and bears my initials on the invoice 84300. All this time I was still completely unaware of any of his comments on the Corvette Forum C3 chat room.
05-24-99 Joe called the 800 line, paid with Visa and Debbie took order on the phone. Invoice 85102.
05-13-2000 he writes "I ordered from Dr Rebuild 2 weeks ago and he was pleasant, that's right I said pleasant. I guess I caught him on one of his few good days." What a wonderful critic, he has now actually talked to me ONCE. And it was not until a month later that I ever talked with him again. He called for a discontinued part, but never ordered it or anything else. Yet he claimed I ripped him off for that part and weeks later even claimed I ripped him off for another totally different part.

Mr. Postman Joe Bongiorno has spoken to me personally only once on the phone and I can prove this fact with phone records, invoices and his own statements. Another Mouse Humper filled with a load of hot air. We never ripped him off for anything, and have proof with his own Visa receipts. After I identified this coward, he called me panicky one morning to apologize.
He is such a phony liar, he could not even tell others the truth when asked where he got his weatherstrips. In the Internet chats room he lied about where he purchased these weatherstrips. I know, because I have the proof in his own Visa receipts and invoices showing those weatherstrips were purchased from Dr. Rebuild and shipped to him via UPS.
I have a theory about him. As a new member of a new chat room, he was so un-known, un-noticed and un-informed that he thought that you could enhance your reputation by attacking me on the Internet. He were spouting nonsense on the Internet before he even had the courage to actually even call and talk to anyone here. He is a classic puffer and puff 's up his stories and perhaps might get noticed. Now this fellow on the Corvette Forum known as 69er is a legend in nobody's mind. Both he and I have the receipts that prove he is a complete phony cowardly liar.
