I am fed up with this fellows false claims. Mr. Wrzesinski repeatedly has claimed that Dr. Rebuild has withheld part of his refund. He wrote the following on the Corvette Forum Chat Room
"I have had other vendors hold me up for shipping and handling charges on a return. Not MAD, or my Chevy dealers, but LIC, JCWhitney, DrR and just about every other kind of catalog store. It seems to be common with catalog companies."
I don't know about his purchases at JCWhitney or elsewhere, but he only ordered here once and was refunded more than he spent.
Copies of the MasterCard credit card point of sale terminal receipts below from January 30, 2001 show we charged $43.90 to his MasterCard. Upon his return of the same order, we refunded $48.52 on February 23, 2001. That amount included an extra $4.62 refunded to his same MasterCard for his return shipping.

Our Entire Experience with David Wrzesinski
On January 30, 2001 Mr. Wrzesinski called our 800 line and ordered 2 NOS AC evaporator drain hoses for $4 each. He purchased two of those hoses for $8 total plus a convertible top tack strip set for $29.95 and with the shipping and handling of $5.95 the total sale was $43.90 out the door as shown on his MasterCard receipt above.
Upon receipt he emailed us, complained about the originality of the two $4 NOS AC drain hoses. Rather than argue about eight dollars, I emailed him stating he could return anything within 30 days including the entire order. A few days later he took advantage of that offer and returned everything. Upon return of the complete order we refunded his MasterCard completely and included $4.62 extra for his return shipping as shown above on the right.
From the Corvette Forum chat room to the Corvette Action Center he has repeatedly alluded to some grievous mistreatment, but the facts remain exactly as above. He was refunded completely, including the shipping and has no evidence otherwise of anything - period.
