NOS means we bought it from GM: it is a new, unused part and GM no longer makes this part. We may still have stock because we actually have a warehouse stocked with parts. It does not mean that this part will exactly match your old part and be totally 100% identical.

If you want our employee to go out into the warehouse and grab a part so you can ask a particular question we will be happy to pay our employees salary to go get that part and they will answer any question to the best of their ability. We will not also pay for the phone call so that you may compare every unique tool mark found on your original.
