It has taken awhile to identify this fellow. He tried to hide his trail with phony names, phony addresses and even phony phone numbers to cover his story. I first became aware of his actions when he started harassing me on the internet in July of 2000. And I have my suspicions of who put him up to this.

For nearly two years he repeatedly claimed that he had made not one, but two purchases from Dr. Rebuild. Later he claimed to not receiving any catalogs. This in itself was strange as we include catalogs with all orders from new customers.

A month later he claimed an additional third order was placed for a catalog and that we cashed his check and would not send a catalog. He even boasted that he had confirmation from the US Post Office that his letter was delivered and his check was cashed. Somehow he even persuaded a woman later identified as Juliet Page to vouch for his story and suggest we should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and the authorities for fraud.

This harassment continued on the internet with the overt and covert assistance of the Corvette Forum web sites moderator Anthony Eimen. Identifying himself as JT Killain, he telephoned and I just happened to answer that call. I immediately recognized his name from the internet and proceeded to gather his address and phone number or at least what he said was his name and address.

When I checked our computer database, we simply could find not anyone with his name or address. However, later I received a tip that his whole autobiography was phony and the hunt was on for him. And now finally he is going to have an opportunity to answer for his actions that have harmed my business with his phony story.

07-20-2000 "I'm installing a new radiator support. And i have two sets of seals from dr.rebuild, I know the long 1x1 seals go down the sides, and the 5" triangle seals go at the hold down brackets, then that leaves the 24' 1x1" section along the top. But what I was wondering was or can I add extra foam at any areas that are not filled by the seal kit?
The seal kits do not completely cover all of the area between the radiator tanks and upper frame and the new support. I'm confused, i ordered a catalog from this Dr. rebuild character in hopes of him having a diagram, but he never sent it and I can't get anyone there to answer the phone which leave me with just the assembly manual which is kinda vague in the exact locations? I need help here. devine perhaps." (I again to look in our database and we have no one by this name.)

08-04-2000 After a long wait, I now know why Dr. Rebuild, 'JC' has never sent my $4 or my catalog. He does not like that I said I was disappointed in his alleged slow service. I called him today after the post office here in Penna. informed me that my letter to him WAS delivered. He the owner 'JC' informed me that he had no intention of doing business with me, and that I should "Go figure it out, Go figure it out?" he repeated. then instructed me to go to Corvetteforum.com

His entire story was concocted and backward. If he bought from us twice, he would have at least received one, possibly two catalogs. To further state that on a later following date he sent a check for a catalog is simply ludicrous. Simply put; he is full of dung. When required to produce any evidence of any sale, he will be in pickle, because there never were any sales to him or the pseudonyms he has created.

Anyone who has ever seen our catalogs knows they are well illustrated with not one, but EVERY radiator seal kit we sell. Furthermore the seal kits we sell includes a graphic that illustrates the location of these parts.

I suspect the follow is what happened, simply because it has repeatedly happened before. Either directly, or indirectly he purchased that shabby rip-off radiator seal kit marketed by Blem Products in Virginia. They don't illustrate these kits in their catalog and they do not include the graphic illustrations as ours. And he incorrectly assumed we sold that crap to Blem Products. Not only do get their inaccurate dung, but it has no directions.

He will now have an opportunity to produce a cancelled check with a Dr Rebuild endorsement on the back, or a credit card receipt or monthly statement that has my merchant number on it or a Post Office receipt. He is another coward, who was only bold when anonymous.

After we discovered who he was and where he was from, and his phone number, I personally told him - "I did not want your business you are a phony internet black mailer".

PS I always figured this phony wrote disgusting fiction. Not my taste in fiction or childrens books. I'm happily married to a real woman. James T Ward or JT Killain or whoever or whatever you are - you really are a low life dirt bag.

PPS  Regretfully the direct Corvette Forum links to his phony statements have expired, because the CF uses a different software today. However there is not a shadow of a doubt this pervert made these phony statements.
