I do not accept any attachments with e-mail

I Believe it is Best to be Honest.

Even if I must be Bluntly Brutally Honest.

I will have to alter my previous aversion to e-mail, now that I have retired. Previously, I honestly did not have time for e-mail pen pals. I was just too busy. I could not answer e-mail requesting technical problem solving. Additionally, I only provide in depth tech support for my actual customers, not others.

Product information is readily located in our catalogs, this web site and if not covered there could be addressed via this new medium. Our catalogs have always provided copious product information to inform and enlighten. Not all parts are equal and we always try to point out those differences so you are not fooled by other. Zip has adopted the same trade names we have instituted, but seldom is the content the same. That's why we list the contents and they don't.

I cannot answer e-mail questions regarding the status of any individual order - because now that I retired. I do not go to the warehouse and see those matters.
My technical assistance is available for FREE on your dime - not on our 800 line. Since I retired, I personally cannot be reached by phone. However, Debbie can handle most technical questions. After her 19 years on the job she knows more than most owners - male or female.

Our phone lines are busiest in the morning - especially on Monday. Any product assistance calls should also follow this policy. If you call the 800 line for the technical or product information, you will be provided with the non toll free number 203-366-1332 for that free information.

I can answer tech, product information and availability related requests via e-mail. Please Do Not include anything but text. I will not accept video, pictures or any attachments, letter heads, logos.
