Products or information is available via email or website. In depth technical problem solving or information is generally not available on our phone lines. I'm celebrating my 41 consecutive years as an owner of multiple Corvettes, but few phone reps have even one upon which to base their knowledge.

You can e mail me for help, but I don't provide troubleshooting if you bought that widget on ebay.

Please do your product and model research before requesting any technical help. If you plan on working on your Corvette, it is a must to get a model year specific AIM (Assembly Instruction Manual) & a GM Chassis Servive Manual. (About $50-60 for both in paper.) They will be the most valuable tool you buy.

Most technical questions we answer refer to particular sections of both these GM published (not aftermarket published) manuals. Without them we will not even be able to refer to the same part with the same name. Get the paper ones. They are bulkier than the CD, but easy to use if you work in, on, or under your model.

PRODUCT INFORMATION is readily located in our paper catalogs and our website. Our catalogs have always provided copious product information to inform and enlighten. Not all Corvette parts are created equal and we always try to point out those differences so you are not fooled by others.

CAVEAT EMPTOR: Zip has adopted the same trade names we have instituted, but seldom is the content even near the same. That's why we list the contents and they don't. David & his father Johh Wayne have literally been IP thieves for years from trade names, to illustrations, to instructions. Factually they have even copied our mistakes not for years, but decades.
