1953 White EX-122
Show below EX-122 aka VIN#2. At one time this was thought to be the actual Motorama Corvette. When I first saw it over 20 years ago, it was fully restored to the configuration it appeared as in 1956, when it was finally sold by GM with many later production features. It was a stunning one of a kind Red V8 and historically significant as the first V8 Corvette after being serial number #2 at birth. Note the 1956 style scoops atop the fenders. Now it's re-restored to an earlier configuration. Or perhaps its only been painted White.

Following are pictures of EX-122 circa 1974 when it was Red at the Bryner Chevrolet Corvette show in Jenkintown, PA. I met Jack Ingle there and at that time he represented it as the Motorama car. I have not talked to him since. This show is still being held annually. I first met Mike Yeager at that show. I had used parts and Mike had Baseball Caps, T-shirts and fine Lingerie. :) Disregard the 8x10 glossy picture of the white 1953, that has noting to do with EX-122. That 8x10 is just a GM Press Release Photo. At one time you could get them by just writing to GM.
